Here are some changes that I made: • Catchlines were added • It is specified where the sections will be added to the code • Removed “child” from the definitions and then just specified “a person age fifteen or younger” on page 1 line 27. Then using “person” throughout for consistency. • Under our style and form manual “his or her” is not used, so the draft uses “the person’s” instead • Section 2, subsection 3 was changed per your recommendations • Page 2, line 17 it says “a person born with [. . .]” The person making the medical decision for someone age 15 or younger would be their parent or guardian.
