Regarding Section 3, I’m wondering if the other side would attempt to try to twist Par. 2 into a useful loophole
— and if we can further deny them that by adding greater specificity to the last part as follows:
“does not have the normal complement of sex chromosomes of XY chromosomes for a male and XX chromosomes for a
female."
